FORD BA FALCON TRIPLE EIGHT RACE ENGINEERING (C.LOWNDES) 2005 #8 - 2011 DIECAST CONVENTION MODEL

2005 saw the inaugural V8 Supercars event at the Shanghai International Circuit and Lowndes sported another unusual livery to celebrate the event.

The silver side panels and large LG logos replaced Betta Electrical's yellow blue race colours.

This model has been produced for the first time for release at the 2011 Diecast Model Expo and is the sister car to the twin set 1:64 Lowndes cars - the other being Lowndes mystery Vodafone sponsorship car from Phillip Island in 2006.

Only 700 units have been produced.
